Lead times for custom printed CDs and DVDs depend on the number of versions, total quantity, and any special finishes. Please aim to allow 2-5 days in most cases. If your timeline requires something outside of this range, be sure to inform us upfront, and we’ll do our best to meet your deadline.
Paper
CD and DVD covers are printed on high-quality 300gsm, 400gsm, or 450gsm card, providing durability and a premium feel.
Sizes
We offer a custom service, allowing us to print your CD and DVD covers in any size or shape you require. Simply provide your specifications when requesting a quote.
Matt / Gloss Lamination
Laminating your CD and DVD covers enhances their durability and provides protection, all while giving them a polished, professional look. Choose between matt or gloss finishes to suit your design.
Soft Touch Lamination
For a more luxurious feel, soft touch lamination is available. This velvety, smooth finish creates an unforgettable tactile experience that adds a premium touch to your product.
Recycled

Matt Lamination with Spot UV
Spot UV adds a thin, glossy layer to specific areas of the card, creating a striking contrast between the smooth, shiny surface and the surrounding matte finish. This subtle yet impactful technique highlights key design elements.

Image quality:
All images should be supplied as 300dpi CMYK .j.peg, .tif or .eps.
Things to remember:
- Make sure all images are hi res CMYK or greyscale.
- Make sure there is 3mm bleed on images extending beyond the final size of your document.
- Include all fonts.

- How long is a quote valid for?
Technically 30 days, but unless we incur increases on materials it will be longer.
- Do you offer eco friendly or recycled options?
All of our materials are from sustainable sources, eco friendly and recycled materials are encouraged where possible.
- Can I order a custom shape / size?
Each job is bespoke, we enjoy working closely with you to give you the outcome you are looking for.
- Are there any minimum / maximum order requirements?
No minimum or maximum, we would explain the most cost effective option for you though, for you to decide.
- Are there any discounts for bulk or repeating orders?
If you order in bulk, you will benefit from a better unit rate.
Some jobs are cheaper when they repeat for certain reasons.
- What are your payment methods?
Payment can be made via: Bacs Payment, Card Payment *No American Express* or Cash
- When must payment be made?
This will vary for many reasons, it will be discussed prior to the order taking place.
- What is your return or refund policy?
Every job will be looked at individually and an agreement made from both parties, to ensure the best outcome.
